This quilt was started in June, 2014 as a "yellow" project for Rainbow Scrap Challenge. It has been hanging around as a top in my workroom for a long time -- other things kept taking precedence. Today it finally graduated to stitch-the-binding-to-the-back status!

I used the traditional Road to California block, and because of all the yellows, I'm naming it Gold Rush. Gold mining is one of the key elements of our local history here in Big Bear.
