RSC25: March - yellow

RSC25: March - yellow

Well, I'm ending March with not-particularly-yellow, but good intentions.

This is the honeycomb yardage that I unearthed when I was sorting through my yellow stash tub at the beginning of the month. With it, a FQ set of Needl' Love bee fabrics from several years ago, and an idea for a simple project.  I was busy this week with Nick's visit so no sewing progress, but I'll get back to it next week.

I also did some organizing with the huge overload of gold fabrics that were overcrowding the yellow tub: a possible future project, and I'm ready to conclude YELLOW month.

I think teal is next month's RSC challenge color, so maybe I'll make use of this fabric pull in some way ...

Those are such pretty bee prints, Jeanne! And the golds paired with that teal floral are going to make a l8vely project. Looking forward to seeing what you do with them!

I'm envisioning a picnic quilt with all those ginghams and bee fabric. The yellow stash reminds of me of honey. Imagine that. :)

Combining the two colours will make a great project I think. Looking forward to seeing what you come up with.
