No-Knead Sourdough, made using the recipe from King Arthur Baking Co. Excellent flavor and crust! I've had my sourdough starter going for almost twelve years, it's an old friend.
Sourdough bread is a staple here too - started when we couldn't get bread at the beginning of covid and now I don't suppose we'll ever go back to buying bread.
