So would you believe it's STILL snowing here? For the fifth day in a row. It's April.

OK: so let's squint our eyes a little and use our imaginations.
This is the 'light blue' UFO I had slated for completion this month … but it's not really as light blue as I remembered it to be, is it? It's kinda light blue. It's more red. Oh well. It's done now, and that's a Good Thing.
I started it three years ago as a red-and-blue-but-NOT-patriotic quilt. The inspiration came from Home Sweet Home by Blackbird Designs. I'll be keeping this one to use here at home for summer décor.

Beautiful! Maybe it's not predominately light blue but whatever motivates us to get something finished is a good thing. I made this quilt in red, pink, and green and I get it out to decorate with for Christmas. It's a lovely quilt.
This is a lovely finish--it has blue--good enough;))) hang in there stay safe ~ ~ ~ Julierose
It really is a beautiful quilt! And look at that SNOW!!! WOW! I would have loved to have had some snow this Winter, but we didn't get any--only one tiny scif once all Winter. It looks beautiful! Happy Easter, Jeanne.
I have a bouquet blocks UFO to make... I love love this block. Great job to keep sewing... I'm having so much trouble actually making something now.
We're getting snow tonight and tomorrow so they say. We got snow in June last year. If snow could wipe out disease...
wonderful block and definitely blue
Congrats on a fabulous UFO finish!! While the resulting quilt may not "read" BLUE, there's still plenty enough to qualify it as BLUE for the RSC. Nice work!
That's a beautiful quilt! Congratulations on your finish!
Looks blue to me! Like wonderful bouquets of flowers. I'd be keeping this one too.
Very nice! I agree with everyone else ... I see BLUE! Have a great week!
Well, the **flowers** in the blocks are blue and that's the most important part of a bouquet, right? So your quilt it totally a blue RSC quilt. (And did I mention that I LOVE it?)
Oh, my goodness! That is beautiful. I've seen that block before and loved it but always thought it was too difficult for me. (Sigh!)
That is a gorgeous quilt. I love that you did the colors together, but not patriotic. It’s so refreshing. And those bouquets are to die for! Congrats on a great finish!
