BULGUR WALNUT BREAD
Recipe is HERE at Red Star Yeast. It was a new one for me, so I followed it exactly, with no tweaks. The recipe is quite detailed, so instead of retyping the whole thing I'll just send you over there to read it if you're interested. I get bulgur (grain) at our grocery store -- it's a Bob's Red Mill product.
This bread was very tasty -- excellent texture and crust. I'll be enjoying it as my morning toast this week. I will certainly be making it again!
