Herbed Feta Spread



A quick and tasty appetizer/snack, great with wine for Happy Hour!

HERBED FETA SPREAD

4 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 teaspoon dry thyme
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Honey

Combine cheeses, thyme and pepper to make a lumpy mixture.
Mound in a small serving bowl.
Drizzle with a generous amount of honey.
Serve with pita chips or crackers.

About 4 servings
