Since I finished the snowflake quilt last week -- it's washed, folded and ready for January -- I decided to jump over to a January wool applique project next.

I did do a bit of customizing to include my own red house :) It took all afternoon to get everything cut out and set up, but now I can spend my evenings next week peacefully stitching.
I also did some block assembly for a small Valentine quilt. I'll add the borders soon.

What a lovely wool villiage. The red house is extra sweet! Your Valentine quilt is so lovely too. I like the way the blocks look like envelopes.
