Rainbow Scrap Challenge - ORANGE/March

This month's RSC13 color is ORANGE.

Really slim pickins for ORANGE in my  scrap bag, though -- I think most of my orange odds and ends are buried in a Halloween UFO bundle -- so these blocks are sort of at the outer edges of 'orange.' I do need to dig up something 'orange-ier' for next week!

I agree with Cathy...they look good to me also. I really like orange, but I do not think I have any orange in my stash. Gosh, I just might have to go fabric shopping;-) I see you are allowing comments, so I hope all your problems with email are OK.

blessings, jill

Each year I think will be the year I keep a reading list. and then it is March and I've already forgotten all I've read.

Here is to a clear long recovery for both of us...

I really like these "quiet" oranges. I have some repro fabrics in orangey shades, but not enough variety to work into the RSC. Maybe by next year my collection will have grown!

They look good to me, too! I forgot about Halloween collection until I saw someone had used pumpkin fabric this week :D

Love seeing your great blocks!

I like how you said "outer edges of orange"! Orange is one of the colours that does have a wide range to play in!

Nice orange collection -- even on the edges they make a nice block.

Great blocks. You reminded me I need to make 6 more 9 patches for a UFO.... and they would look great in orange. Thanks!

Love 9 patch blocks, they are so versatile. I didn't think that I had much orange either but I find quite an interesting pile.
