Around the house - January
I spent some time today puttering with January home decor. Actually, it has been kind of nice to have all the Christmas stuff put away and have everything plain and simple for a couple of days! But this is snow country, so the snowman collection does need to be out on the hutch, right?

what a cozy home...i love all the books...and the quilts of course :) happy new year!
It looks so nice and homey! I try hard to have "seasonal" decorations for my son - most of our decorations involve construction paper, glitter and glue! We are also easing into snowmen and snowflakes, but do have remnants of Christmas around here and there!

Everything looks so lovely, it makes me want to get busy on my house. I'm ready to declutter. I just have to fight loading it back up again.
