Civil War quilt - week 9

This week's block is Birds in the Air, but I decided to do it differently -- I ended up with four corners' worth of flying birds :)  I've been thinking more carefully about how I want my quilt to look, and I'm probably going to drift away from Barbara Brackman's plan.  I went back to a few of the earlier blocks and changed them up a bit, too, to better fit my vision.

At this point, I'm planning to do fifteen blocks, set on point, with red setting triangles and green spacer strips.

I like your variations, really make the blocks sit well together.... but all those tiny little triangles! You must be a little insane ;) But then aren't we all?

I like your changes too, the finished product is going to be so pretty, and unique too. I sometimes wish I could have a 'vision' about anything!
