Livin' high :)

Not a day goes by when I don't stop and think (many times a day, truly) about how fortunate I am to live here!

The first photo is a view of Snow Summit, one of the local ski resorts, as seen from my grocery store parking lot.  I enjoy this panorama every day!  The second is a view from up at the top of Snow Summit, looking down toward the grocery store/shopping center.

GRATITUDES

1.  Eleventy-zillion guests in town for the long weekend -- traffic is crawling and everything's crowded, but it's OK ... all these folks are boosting the local economy!
2.  Lovely mild weather and dry roads, so the guests can travel safely up and down the hill
3.  Local friends and neighbors :)

Thanks for sharing the gorgeous photos. I'm attending a class at Road to CA on Thursday then heading 'up the hill' to my aunt's. She's a stones throw from Lake Gregory. Can't wait to breathe in the air.

There's nothing quite like that big sky! Lucky you, getting to see such pretty sights every day.

My my, that feeling of SPACE is indeed fortunate. I have space only if I look UP, or take a long drive. All that space kinda clears the mind doesn't it. Thanks for the photos.
