Winter Wonderland

We got our first taste of winter today -- about 4" of snow.  I love the way the red house shows up against the blue sky and white snow!

This first snowfall came about a week earlier than last year's.  The ski resorts are delighted -- they're looking forward to lots of guests coming up for the long Thanksgiving weekend.

The snow looks beautiful, and your home looks just as beautiful. As much as I love to see photos like yours, I don't like the 25 degrees. That is too cold for me.

May you and yours have a wonderful Thanksgiving.

Hope you don't mind but going to put this photo on my desktop.

blessings,
jilly

Your house is just delightful. Looks so beautiful with the snow & blue sky.

Looks like you must have gone to the Barnstormer for lunch?

I tried to get pics, but the battery was going dead. Maybe tomorrow! :)

The place looks beautiful in the snow, all you need is a Christmas tree in front and it would make a perfect Christmas postcard for you to send out!!!

How pretty the house is against the show. The little bits of 'gingerbread' details add even more charm to your lovely house.

Your red house is beautiful against the white snow, reminds me of a cardinal. I thought about you from down here below when I saw the snow on the mountains after what was just rain to us lowlanders.

Love the way it looks there. It hasn't even froze real hard here. I can't imagine getting 4" of snow in one day...we might get that in two years!
