... and a snowflake!

I finished piecing that rail fence top the other day, but I've still been puttering with strips. I've been working on log cabin blocks the past several evenings, and I decided to quickly assemble them right away in honor of the (already melted) snow this morning. This will be a small wall hanging for January, but I couldn't resist getting a photo of it blogged today :)

This is BWAUTIFUL! I love how "clean" that white is... just like a fresh layer of snow on the ground ;)

It's so nice to see you sewing again, I bet it feels nice too! I like the dark contrast colors you used, blues, greens and reds, like a winter wood at dusk.
