8 eggs
3 tablespoons flour
salt and pepper
1 1/2 cups half-and-half
8 oz. ham, cubed
1 bell pepper, seeded and diced
1 bunch green onions, chopped

Prepare a 10" springform pan with nonstick spray.
In a large mixing bowl combine melted butter, thawed hash browns, smoked paprika and salt and pepper until thoroughly mixed.
Press mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of prepared springform pan to form crust.

Gently stir in shredded cheddar cheese.

When crust has finished baking, pour prepared filling into crust and return to oven.
