Jake
August 6, 2007 - September 27, 2023
We said goodbye to our dear little buddy Jake today. He's been with us for many many years, and has enjoyed a very long and happy life. We will miss him terribly.
We are especially sad because he was our last dog. We don't plan to get any more pets, after nearly 50 years of sharing our hearts with a lot of dearly-loved dogs and other critters. Another thing to let go of ... growing old is so hard.

I'm sorry you lost your puppy. I know he wasn't a pup but we refer to our dogs as our pups. We've been married 51 years and had many dogs. We know the two we have now are our last ones.
I'm so sorry. It's so hard I know to lose a beloved member of the family.
I'm so sorry. It's heartbreaking when we have to say goodbye to a beloved pet. He looks like a sweetheart.
