RSC22: February - teal/aqua

Finishing up February RSC with the blocks that use the tiniest scraps and bits.

I'm settled into a good routine for RSC22, making 2 different block types per week. I begin the month with the blocks that use the largest scraps, and work my way down to the smallest bits by the end of the month.
