Take your time! Moving is stressful and you need to take some time to consider where you want things to go. Glad you're moved (at least I think you are?). I finally got my new glasses and it's a whole new world so I can comment again!
Look at all that wonderful natural light. This is going to be a great place to sew. And it has all kinds of room. My sewing space is quite small but it works.

Wow! (and I am ashamed to admit that, even filled with the unpacked evidence of the move, your space already looks more organized than mine is.)
