Pomegrantes bring back a lot of good memories. My father grew them in the 80's. He used to package them up and send them to us in Colorado. My kids absolutely loved it.

We loved seeing the wild parrots when we were in San Diego last year! I know they aren't native, but they are definitely attention getting. Lots of neat sights in your new area!

Such different sights than in my 'hood. Fun. I gather they are different than from where you transplanted from, too? Hope your day is a calm one -- still on pins and needles here in Michigan.
