A milestone!

Here's something I've been puttering along on for more than a year:
I started making the 1800s repro HSTs for this project during February 2019.

When I got all the triangles pieced, I commenced assembling 4 x 4 blocks. Today I FINALLY finished getting all the blocks together, and can now move forward to setting the blocks into a top.  There are 1120 triangles in this stack!

Slow and steady wins the race :)

That is an amazing amount of HSTs. It's going to make a really nice quilt.

I simply can't imagine making that many triangles! They're going to make a beautiful quilt top though, so worth all the work.

Your colors are just beautiful together, Jeanne. Sometimes we just have to slowly assemble quilt pieces until we have enough. Hooray for you to keep at it. It will be a beautiful quilt!
