BAKED FRENCH TOAST
4 Tbl butter, melted
6 slices bead
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
Toppings as desired:
cinnamon, brown sugar, nuts, dried fruit etc.
Prepare a 9 x 13 pan with nonstick spray.
Drizzle melted butter evenly in pan.
Arrange bread slices over melted butter.
Beat together eggs, milk and vanilla, and pour over bread.
Cover pan with foil and refrigerate overnight.
The next morning, preheat oven to 350*.
Add toppings as desired and replace foil cover.
Bake at 350* about 30 minutes, covered.
Remove foil and bake 20 - 25 minutes more until puffed and golden brown.
