Shoofly Sampler

Martingale Publishing has just launched a quick little sew-along challenge based on the SHOOFLY SAMPLER quilt in a recently-published book, Quirky Little Quilts by Sheryl Johnson of Temecula Quilt Company.  The sew-along will run for five weeks.  Since I always enjoy Temecula Quilt Company's sew-alongs, and I already owned the book, I decided to jump in.  

As is usual for Temecula projects, these are tiny blocks -- finishing at 3" x 3".  The original quilt calls for 16 blocks in a square layout, but I'm going to make 20 blocks and end up with a rectangle finishing at about 21" x 27".
