I received a subscription to Quiltfolk magazine as a Christmas gift. Included were all the back issues, which I've been reading through slowly since the holidays.
It's a very beautiful publication visually ... but I'm left with the feeling that the articles are a bit scant for the price. There are 150+ pages in each -- with very heavy emphasis on the photographs -- and an issue makes a nice evening's worth of browsing. Some of the articles are interesting and inspiring, while others seem kind of superficial and not well developed for such a pricey publication.
Not sure how I feel about this magazine. Has anyone else looked at any of the issues? Any opinions?

I had heard about it, browsed through an issue while waiting in line at Jo-Ann, didn't think it was worth the price.
I agree. I love the quilt pictures, but it is not worth the cost.
