Last month, I wrote about a swap group I belong to that had been exchanging 5" squares of 1800s prints. I used some of the 'cooler' squares I received to sew up Stars Over Mitford.
I finally finished the second top from those swapped squares, this time using the 'warmer' squares, and a cutting/sewing plan called Hickory Hills, found in
Pat Speth's Nickel Quilts and Borders.
A satisfactory conclusion for this swap, and I'm already looking forward to the next one -- black and white prints coming up!
