Haha, another side project going on here ...
I'm in a group that swaps pairs of different genres of 5" squares. Currently we are exchanging "Civil War" style squares ... although there seems to be a range of interpretation for that definition :)
Anyway, as the squares began arriving in the mail the past several days, I did a bit of color selection, added some additional squares of my own, and started in on STARS OVER MITFORD, from Pat Speth's book More Nickel Quilts.
Lots of inspiration for scrappy quilts in all her books, and I like the way her instructions are written.
This project will wander along at its own pace as more squares are received. One can never have too many quilts started, right?
