A new month and a new color for RSC15:
we're doing YELLOW this time.
I started off with some YELLOW step blocks.
I've been collecting these for a while now (in an assortment of colors), and have almost enough for an upcoming project.
And I did this month's YELLOW reel blocks. The "recipe" for these is Kona Stone background, feature color outer segments, and then one of the remaining spectrum colors for the inside sections. These are coming strictly from the scrap bag, so the combos are "interesting."

Hello Jeanne !
Do you make one quilt with every color or a big one at the end of all the colors please ?
I love your blocks and the flowers !! :))
Have a nice weekend !
I'm jealous of your daffodils! The Greek crosses kind of look like flowers to me. What a happy garden quilt that will be!
Your yellow blocks are looking good!
Love your blocks. I especially love your house in Big Bear... we just moved from CA to WA... miss my CA address.
Hugs
Loving the yellows . . .
I'm curious about what the step block will turn into! Such cheerful daffodils - love them in the spring.
What a lovely introduction to your post. The daffodils are so beautiful. The step blocks look interesting.
Wonderful looking blocks using up a lot of yellow. Great job!
Great work, your yellows are so soft and buttery. Funny how each color has such a range of shades.
Nice blicks. My yellows are mostly golds. I love your buttery shades.
Wonderful blocks : )
It's so fun to see all the different blocks people are making... and yellow is such a happy color!
Love the Greek Crosses. That's been on my wanna- make- from- scraps list for quite awhile.
