Purple Agastache grows in my yard during the summer ...
This month's RSC13 scrap color is PURPLE.
It was easy to pull out my purple scrap bag and zoom up these 9ps -- since I got this project going last month there was no thinking or deciding or "designing" involved this time.
These two orphan blocks also came out of the purple bag, so maybe as the month goes along I'll think of something interesting to do with them.

It is always nice to have an ongoing project so you don't feel the need to start something new all the time. Looks like you have some fun additions to your block collection this month. Thanks for joining in.
Your purple nine patches are looking great.
Love your purples. :) It's my birthday month so purple is one of my favorite colors. :)
Nine patches work for me - particularly in purple. I am making colour groupings of the same blocks each month as well. I plan to have a good start on a few quilts by the time the year ends.
I'm like you... had a hard time deciding on a plan last month but now am loving the blocks I'm making and love this challenge. Beautiful purple blocks!
Purple agastache is lovely - I don't think that grow in S. Louisiana. We do have vitex, which has dark purple flowers, although I find the flowering season to be too short! Great purple nine patches; purple repro fabrics are always fun!
Great purple blocks. I think you could use your extra blocks in a Kitchen sink quilt. I may do that with some of my blocks.
I love it when the math is done, and you can just sew and sew...the 9 patch blocks are great!
Great blocks. I think I like the star block best. It was nice meeting you I came over to see the Purple blocks.
Have a wonderful week stitching.

Great blocks. I'm like you - did my thinking of RSC project(s) in December so I don't have to think each month - just make my blocks.
