I completed the hand quilting on this little piece, and it's been through the washer and dryer to get crinkley. Thanks, Lori, for the inspiration!

Every time I open up the comments here, I immediately get more porn spam. Sigh. Very disheartening.

So sorry to hear about your horrid comment problem Jeanne - the downside of computers I suppose but it's not at all nice - love this dinky little quilt - so sweet :)
Cute quilt Jeanne! I am so sorry to hear that you are still having the spam issue. I think it's time to ring Blogger in person! there has to be a reason this is happening to you. I have my comments settings as REGISTERED USERS ONLY and since changing to that I don't get any spam. I don't use comment moderation as that lets all comments come through to you for approval whereas the REGISTERED USERS ONLY setting seems to block the nasty people! I do hope you get this sorted out as it must be very upsetting.
Hope you enjoy a weekend of sewing.
Cheers from Helen
I'm sorry about all the spam. I certainly enjoy your blog. I have read your blog for years. My day starts out wrong when I try your blog and it says approved readers only. Please let me be an allowed reader if you have to change things.
i have never had a problem with that, and my blog is completely open! i agree with Helen...perhaps its time to drop them a line to see why you are getting hit so hard by spam! Love your little quilt by the way :)
LOVE this little gem~!!~

Very beautiful doll quilt .
I have the same problem with bad spams every time I deleted the words verification...so I leave it.
Your quilt is very beautiful. Hope you get your spam problem fixed - that's not nice!
I love the checked red fabric on your Mountain Trails. I see you made your squares a little smaller too, as I did. I like your very much.
Wonderful version of this project! Love that it's hand quilted!
Jeanne, i love your sweet little mountain trail, it looks perfectly aged & crinkly!! i really enjoyed Lori's quilt-a-long and i ended up with two mini trails :))
cheers...Marian
I love the red fabric you used. Such a unique touch!
The little red and white plaids really makes this quilt. Love it! So glad you hand quilted it. Good luck dealing with the spam. I've never had a problem with it. I think Helen has your answer.
