Rieska
For supper last night we had beef stew and Finnish oat bread. I found the recipe for the bread, called Rieska, at the King Arthur Flour site. They always have interesting recipes! Rieska was very easy to prepare, and tasty ... but it made a whole 9 x 13 pan, too much for just the two of us. Next time, I'll cut the recipe in half and use a loaf-size pan -- still a lot, but more reasonable.
