GRATITUDES
1. The garage is tidier than it was before. (Which isn't really saying much.) (We're working toward a colossal driveway sale soon.)
2. Just Cross Stitch magazine came in today's mail
3. A wonderful "bat ballet" above the treetops at dusk

Your last gratitude made me smile - our house backs onto a soccer pitch and childrens swing park - on a mild summer evening as dusk draws in we often enjoy watching a couple of bats flitting over our heads as we sit. In a previous life before I met Nigel I lived in a very old cottage in the woods which housed a bat colony in the roof - one evening I counted well over a hundred bats heading off out for a mass feeding foray - you brought that memory right back in to focus for me - thanks :o)

Hi Jeanne, just to let you know, I'm still here, following along!
One of our former Pastors said a rummange sale in a new location is a great way to meet your neighbors. Good luck with yours!
