Cranberry Cobbler

CRANBERRY COBBLER

1/4 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries

Combine butter and sugar.
Add dry ingredients alternating with milk and mix until smooth.
Gently stir in cranberries
Spoon into an 8" baking dish that's been prepared with nonstick spray.
Bake at 375* for about 50 minutes, until lightly browned.
Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
