Cinnamon Pecan Scones



1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
6 Tblsp butter
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup cinnamon chips
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Additional cinnamon sugar

Preheat oven to 425*.
Prepare baking sheet with nonstick spray.
Combine dry ingredients.
Add butter and sour cream and work together until just moistened.
Fold in cinnamon chips and pecans.
Drop dough onto prepared baking sheet, using about 1/4 cup dough for each scone.
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Bake at 425* for about 20 minutes until lightly browned.
Serve warm.

About 8 scones
