1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar, pcked
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup milk
2 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups fresh blueberries
1/4 cup sugar mixed with 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon for topping
Preheat oven to 350*.
Prepare a 9 x 13 baking pan with nonstick spray.
Beat butter and sugars until fluffy.
Add eggs and beat in well.
Add dry ingredients alternating with milk until all is combined.
Gently fold in blueberries.
Spread batter into prepared pan.
Sprinkle sugar-cinnamon mixture over batter.
Bake 45 - 50 minutes until golden.
Serve warm or cool.
Delicious topped with ice cream!
