Orange Bundt Cake


1 box (18.5 oz) yellow cake mix
1 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
4 eggs
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon orange extract

Preheat oven to 325*.
Prepare a 10-cup bundt pan with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and beat with mixer for 2 minutes.
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake for 45 - 50 minutes, until toothpick tests clean.
Let cake cool in pan for 10 minutes before turning out onto rack to finish cooling.
Dust with confectioners sugar before serving if desired.
