 It's been a busy baking week!

Monday: Apricot streusel cake

Tuesday: Cheddar biscuits

Friday: Deep dish pizza

Saturday: Baguettes

Sunday: Cherry pie

You got me at cherry pie. It's been SOOOO long since I've had any and it's my favourite. My mom always made it using frozen cherries and only a small amount of sugar so it was quite tart. To this day I can't bring myself to love canned cherries quite as much. The last time we bought frozen cherries there were a lot of pits and it was a total pain to try to remove them all lest there would be a broken tooth in the offing. Haven't bought any since, sadly.
