Dutch Baby Pancakes


DUTCH BABY PANCAKES

6 eggs
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter, melted

Preheat oven to 450*.
Prepare two 9" pie pans with nonstick spray, and put in oven to preheat.
Combine all ingredients to make a smooth batter.
Pour batter into preheated pie pans.
Bake 20 minutes at 450* -- pancakes will puff up dramatically!
Reduce oven temperature to 350* and continue baking until golden brown.
Serve immediately with fruit or syrup as topping.

4 servings
(We usually halve the recipe and make just one pan, perfect for the two of us)
