I do hope your Dad is on the up and up very soon.

I used to do hand embroidery when sitting with my Dad. He said it reminded him of his own Mother doing her sewing, so I would just work away chatting with him and sewing. It is a lovely memory. Maybe you could work up a small xmas embroidery or something similar.

Wow!! snow! it all sounds so wonderful to me (NO snow here in Queensland) but I'm sure there is some awful cold temperatures to go with it!

Cheers!Helen McNaught @ AuntyHennyshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15311540720249552211noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7532882662868407792.post-71254636318485416132011-10-06T12:40:48.325-07:002011-10-06T12:40:48.325-07:00It sounds like a a slump but who could blame you! ...It sounds like a a slump but who could blame you! Caring for someone can be draining both physically and emotionally...but dont forget to make time for yourself. Its hard to do when you have someone that requires most of your time, but you need to make that time for yourself. Its what keeps us sane! :) (especially when snow is already falling) By the way, if it makes you feel any better, they are predicting snow for us this weekend too :( Hugs~black bear cabinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07542792082924938833noreply@blogger.com
