A lemon tree sounds lovely. One of my brothers has a place in Palm Desert and the one time I stayed there I enjoyed fresh oranges and grapefruit for breakfast. We grow a lot of produce in Michigan, second only to California, but you have us beat on citrus! My husband made his famous messy oatmeal cookies last night to send to his daughter. I will start the more traditional cookies later this week. My packages are not arriving on time -- so far all the ones I mailed on monday are a day late with no delivery predictions yet.
