The colors...This is a very striking quilt, Jeanne. The colors and layout give a vintage feel to the quilt. The pattern, of course, calls attention, especially with the narrow sashing and cornerstones, and the colors are fabulous. From the photo I can't tell if the background colors are browns, dark tans, army greens, or maybe a combination. It looks like my kind of quilt. <br /><br />I often dismiss patterns like these because in my mind I can't imagine how they will look when set together.
