Clearing the decks

In an effort to get ready for it, I decided to finish the blocks I still have from her previous two sew-alongs.  First up was this set from Threads of Memory.  The series ran in 2014, and I've been meaning to get  it done ever since.

Your quilt is beautiful. Your colors look soothing and restful to me. I hesitate to do quilt-alongs like Barbara Brackman's because I can't decide on colors, knowing each block will be different. Now that I see how you've done it, and it's come out so well, maybe I'll choose a narrow range of colors and join in on the next round. I especially like the star in the third row on the left. Well done on getting it finished in such a short time!

I love your Thread of Memory quilt. I only found Barbara's blog this past year, and want to someday do this quilt. Then the Dixie Diary... But, I still have to quilt my Starts In A Time Warp top first :)

Love your Thread of Memory quilt! I'm working on one now using Barbara Brackman's Ragtime collection.
