I am thankful for life, and for the peace and comfort I enjoy. My family is dear to me, and they love me in return. My community is warm and supportive. The mountains and lake and forest surrounding us are beautiful. I have all that I possibly need, and then some. The volunteer work and creative activities I'm involved with are rewarding and interesting.
Every single morning when I wake up
my heart is filled with gratitude and joy
at the prospect of another day.
