I got a nice early start this morning, and finished up the newest block from Barbara Brackman's Civil War Sesquicentennial series. This one is called Texas Tears. I introduced a new background fabric this week, and will add others as I go along.

I love all your blocks, but the newest one is awesome!
Great job on all the blocks. I will make my #4 tomorrow. Still dithering on #3, because I want it to be the hand appliqued, but all those points! No, I'll do it. I will. Your solution looks like a winner, and fits in with the others.
