Breaking News :)

It's Quilt Show weekend here in Bear Valley.  I received an Honorable Mention ribbon for "Turkey Tracks"!   I was pleased and surprised to be recognized, because hand applique is by far the most popular style here, not scrappy piecing.

Congratulations! It's tuff breaking into a new quilting guild or circle. I'm so glad you entered. Quilting is such a diverse hobby, there should be room for all. :)
