Still chugging along ...

I seem to have fallen out of the habit of regular blogging. Or maybe what's more accurate is that I've fallen out of the habit of taking pictures -- and what's a blog entry without pictures, eh? Sigh.

So in an effort to redeem myself, here are some inspiring new books that arrived today. Three are by Maggie Bonanomi, who does wonderful prim designs -- I'm loving all her project ideas! The fourth book is the newest release by Blackbird Designs -- charming, as their books always are, and with the added bonus of some tempting recipes accompanying a lovely little story running through the book. The ideas in these books should keep me busy daydreaming (even if I'm not actually creating) for quite some time! A couple of the autumn projects in "Nature's Offerings" especially seem to be calling my name.

Meanwhile, the B-a-Ds are relentless. And I'm working on a comfort quilt and some quick table runners -- should have some completion pics to share in a day or so.

OMG, my husband and I LOVE that soundtrack!!! We were listening to it on our way back from CT on Monday. Can you believe they are using Harry McClintock's Big Rock Candy Mountain on an LL Bean commercial now?! Mainstream!!
